Beginning wholesaling in Southern California be.

Hey everyone! my name is Miguel, I got out of the Marine Corp 2 years ago to try and find myself (who/what I want to be and do with my life ) which leads me to here.

I became a full time college student and currently reside in Southern California. I decided I want to start my path to financial freedom through real estate. I don’t have enough to house hack, so I am turning to wholesaling so that I am able to use that money to invest into real estate.

1. I was wondering if someone was willing to speak with me, I have been trying to find people (other wholesalers in my location) to give advice about wholesaling here and no one has answered yet.

2. What do I need to start ? I keep hearing that I need to build a team.

3. How do I build a team ?

4. I am willing to learn, rent is becoming too much and I would rather be on the other end where it benefits me.

It’s a lot but I’m hoping to make the right/any connections!
