My main motivation for financial independence is our substantial health issues keep me wondering what the future holds for us and how long are we able to enjoy our 3 loving kids.

It is a great City and I enjoy living there.I’m enjoying learning new things from what BiggerPockets has to offer in all types & formats.

We have rentals but wanted to try the fix and flip model to see if we enjoyed it and we did!

Our goal is to eventually create enough monthly cash flow through rental properties to quite our jobs so we can travel and enjoy time with friends and family.  

While I enjoy it there as well it may be worth considering finding a market that is more within range of what you need that has the jobs you want and to move yourself.

Tenants are entitled to the full use and enjoyment of their housing, which includes having guests visit, so this covers the assistance animals of guests too.

I’m new to BiggerPockets and I’m enjoying a lot and learning as well.

Stephanie that is a great point that coming prepared may not get a better rate, but like you mentioned it will help get a more accurate rate and hopefully help the loan officer enjoy working with me because they have most everything they will need.
