Has anyone come across any American Companies that will lend to Americans who are looking to purchase investment properties in other countries.

In the DMV area we do not have a lot of multifamily housing compared to other parts of the country. (2-4 units).

I know their are similar ones in other areas of the country but I can not find one here.
