I reviewed quite a few skip tracing posts on BP, compiled the sources, and did some initial research on key factors to figure out which source might be best for new folks.

I’ve compiled a list of a bunch that I am looking forward towards reading such as a few mindset books, a couple on tax benefits, negotiating, etc. and on how to do certain flips, rentals, house hacks. 

The rental market is strong.We've compiled a lot of data regarding the SA market and put up a page on our website.

I haven't used Rabbu or Awning so cant comment on those.AirDNA was relatively accurate for me, but definitely helps to compile a list of specific listing's revenue on AirDNA because sometimes the average can be misleading.

I see your point Nick but what Im proposing is a collaboration to compile a list as a resource IN CASE their lender doesn't.You are dead on when you say throwing a list at them upfront would look shady and like we are sending them to our cousin or somethign to get some more $$.
