Investment Info:Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Columbia.

I am planning a move with my family to the Columbia area from the west coast in the very near future, and would love to chat with a local agent with some expertise in RE investing about our situation, and to help us in our planning/house hunting.We have been looking to relocate back to the south, and narrowed our search down to SC.

You don't have Fort Mill schools, not all that close to CLT for jobs, and no military base like in Columbia bringing folks to town.  

I purchase lower end condos around the $30k mark in Columbia, SC that rent for around $750.

The Augusta REIA Meetup seems to be the most active, but their meetings are closer to Columbia, SC.

I grew up in Nova Scotia but live in British Columbia!
