Hi guys,I'm new to the BP forum and to REI in general.I'm wondering if you could share with how common are property management companies in the Baltimore area.Considering the fact I'm about to buy my first property in Charles village(planning to rent it to 4 students) I'm afraid that's not kind of a prospect that would interest big management companies and on the other hand I'm afraid to work with one man show companies.

not exactly sure what your describing I have never seen a home built in the areas I work with block only in FLA.but for design.. look at these The Village at Rand Road in Hood River Oregon ( google it) I built those 24 homes and I think they are cool so would be interested to get your take.. and in Hood river its like were you live we have to build for 125 mile winds. that area can get 100 mile an hour winds in the winter.. look at 8 woodal ct in Charleston SC see what you think of that one.. we built it last year.Look at 20 F st Charleston it fresh and new on the market..
