I live in Mayfield Village, East suburb of Cleveland, I like both South Euclid and Euclid. 

There is an amazing tiny home community right on the edge of the Austin city limits called Village Farm that has tapped into this increasing amount of interest.

Hi guys,I'm new to the BP forum and to REI in general.I'm wondering if you could share with how common are property management companies in the Baltimore area.Considering the fact I'm about to buy my first property in Charles village(planning to rent it to 4 students) I'm afraid that's not kind of a prospect that would interest big management companies and on the other hand I'm afraid to work with one man show companies.

There were centuries old villages there that taken over by the Israelis in 1948 and afterwards.

The last neighborhood I drove through was Indian Village, where you can buy a 9600 sf apparently well-kept mansion for $450K.

People like those vinyl village areas.

not exactly sure what your describing I have never seen a home built in the areas I work with block only in FLA.but for design.. look at these The Village at Rand Road in Hood River Oregon  ( google it) I built those 24 homes and I think they are cool so would be interested to get your take.. and in Hood river its like were you live we have to build for 125 mile winds. that area can get 100 mile an hour winds in the winter.. look at 8 woodal ct in Charleston SC  see what you think of that one.. we built it last year.Look at 20 F st Charleston it fresh and new on the market.. 

According to Google Maps, it's between West Philadelphia/West Parkside and Powelton Village.

You can go SW in spots like Little Village or Tri Taylor.

I'm currently analyzing a deal in Powelton Village in University City Philadelphia.
