@Shane Bishop often house hackers or first time buyers looking to build a real estate portfolio use FHA on their first purchase because of the option to put 3.5% on a multi family, as opposed to conventional where you would be required to put 15% down and even 25% down on a 3-4 family.

Her coworkers won't have any privacy issues and will tell you if she has disappeared.If no one at work has seen her, I think I might go ahead and file a missing persons report, just in case the police have her unidentified body (but what happened to the kids?).

Lots of hackers self manage, but of course there are pros and cons to that.DFW is a pretty big place, so you might also want to wait until you find the right property to find the right contractor.
