One man's treasure is another man's trash.I'm having a discussion with another dude in another forum who has been murdered on this twice already in his investments and still refuses to believe he can't just deal with it by simply upping his capex estimates up to 7-8% and continuing to analyze properties remotely for the elusive lunker of a Pittsburgh deal he's convinced is somewhere out there for him.

I have looked at other accounting packages, and used wave for a non profit I've became treasurer at, but Wave in what I've used it for, works great in the non-profit use, but I don't see it as the greatest for real estate, though you probably could use it for that if you did the work to set everything up right at the start.
