Newbie from Boyds, Maryland

Hi, my name is Kawa Lau from Boyds, Maryland.  I am bank manager for a regional bank so I do have some financial backgroud.  After joining BiggerPockets, I realized  how little I actually know about real estate.  I actually already own one rental property.  It's my old condo that I rented out after I got married.  I am begining to realize it is not as good of a rental property as I thought it was after coming to this site.  Hopefully I can expand my knowlege more from you guys.  My goal is to be able to buy and hold 1 to 2 more rental property or a multiplex unit by the end of this year.
