Hello BP is anyone going to the Jet Lending REI meeting tonight in Houston?  

I know Joe as we shared the same aircraft although he moved up to Jet these days.. but coming out of the crash he had to go private money as well.. these are the types of relationships that can bear some serious fruit...

For crying out loud would you buy a leer jet and try to fly it yourself???

The RICH Club and Quest IRA have lots of events and one of the biggest is sponsored by Jet Lending and takes place in City Centre on the third Wednesday of each month.

Just like when I was in the Military, we'd go through school to learn how to repair a jet engine or an airframe but when it came to actually doing it, we did not do it like the book said for many reasons, one of which, IT DON'T WORK THAT WAY.So if anyone is in my area and willing to talk to me about REI like I was 6, (lol), then contact me. 

As an example, it has taken me 20.25 hours to skim coat all of the walls (very textured walls) in my studio and it took 5 boxes of pre-mixed material to cover all of the walls. 

.- Custom boxes around each of the light cans ($175 each) OR switching to wall sconcesThe primary cost is the sheetrocking labor itself, as It's not just the ceiling replacement, it's aligning the new ceiling texture with the walls.Given there is a stairwell from main floor downstairs, he recommended two solidcore doors, which parts + labor would be $2k each.What will we end up doing?

The new vinyl looks just like wood, with texture, etc. which wasn't available back when I installed mine.
