Nothing wrong with that just like there isn't anything wrong with selling Tacos, but I haven't invested millions of dollars building this massive company with 60+ employees to receive text messages from Billy Bob owner at 8pm on a Sunday night asking me if Joe Blow tenant paid his rent yesterday.

I just text people to go fix them when they break.
