I like non sex specific names because it allows the prospect to think what they will... and no matter who they are talking to guy or girl it fits...

I'm open to small commercial properties under $1.2M, multifamily properties, or a nice rowhouse, within the city in areas like Capitol Hill, U Street area, Tenley, AU Park etc, or close in exurbs (Arlington, etc.) to rent out.

Sure, you can target by age, sex, zip, etc., but not by length of time in home, absentee owner, sudden credit score change, etc.So basically it's a blunt instrument vs. a precise surgical tool, and you'd have to have an appropriately lower cost/impression to account for that.

And I'm certain his sex life doesn't impede his willingness to do what it takes to be successful.
