s - it's all done through the local housing authorities. If you want to call the nearest one in Mass to ask if they cover any areas in RI you certainly can, but I'd be very surprised if they did since this all comes down from Federal funding via HUD and I strongly suspect they segment their funding on a state by state basis.Worth a phone call to double check though, if you're really getting that many inquiries.

This may happen too soon for them to list it, find a buyer, close, etc.2) They don't realize quite how much their property is worth, and therefore haven't considered selling it.3) They live out of town and just haven't had the time or energy to deal with the property, finding a realtor, etc.My questions are as follows: 1) Identify who we should mail, and how we should segment (i.e. in area vs. out of area owners?)

Home Prices Projected to Begin Rebound in 2011

With the government hopefully not planning to butt in anymore with short-term incentives, with foreclosures expected to be on the decline after a glut of alt-a and option arm defaults, and after what will likely be a rough off-season next winter, I have a feeling things will begin to improve next spring where I am.Also, if interest rates start to trend upwards, a lot of potential buyers will see an opportunity about to slip away and may jump into the fray, which should help all segments of the market.Of course, come next year, I have a feeling commercial real estate is in for a bad surprise...
