Although they aren't closer to home, I've heard good things from another local flipper, I am currently working with LendingHome (I will let you know how that goes), but some good ones I've been told about were Alpha Funding (Never heard about them not closing on a deal), Rehab Financial Group, Infinity Capital Finance, and Ashmore Partners just to name a few.
