I recently joined my local REIA in which i have the opportunity to work with the leader/organizer of the group. what it looks like is ill be going out and finding deals, properties that the owners are trying to sell and bringing them back to this guy in which ill be paid a finders fee. it seems to be a very promising opportunity to learn the REI business. im just curious if your guys REIAs are operating in a similar manner?
