I have no urge to tell people and tweet I am going to the bathroom or eating dinner with somebody etc.I think some times should be private and you need to disconnect.All of these social sites can become compulsive and unhealthy if over engaged.I use to post to 40 social networking sites at once but some are just people trying to sell porn or contact you with crap.I am interested in QUALITY of contacts and not just VOLUME of contacts.I have a twitter account but I don't use it at all.Might eventually just employ a local person to keep up with all of this stuff.

From what I know of the market back home, if you have the funds to get approved a mortgage then you're in a great spot to capitalize on the high rents in the greater Dublin area and some of the other hubs across the country.

I can give you referrals to those that sell whole PERFORMING only notes.. although like others states demand outstrips supply.. but you can get a  feel get in the Q and end up with some notes without taking on the risk of a fund or multi beneficiary notes.. both those can be a bear to unwind .Heres to Lido's hub cap ranch !!!!
