There was another post on BP  asking how many people lost money on flips.. a lot of the bigger players on the site responded that each and everyone of them have lost money. 

so it just comes down to what we like to do.Like on New st. sold that to a wall st. trader for 2.2 mil cash  his wife was an Olympic soccer player . 

I meet all the big players in my local industry, and I’m building relationships with them now.

This deal has been such a head ache from the start I possible looked right over it but I thought I made it clear to my agent from the get go...But hey I'm a team player so I'll take the blame because its my deal and I should have caught it...I think I'm going to stick to off market properties from now on though, motivated sellers are way easier to deal with... 

:)  Also, JR, Tucker Merrihew of the Real Dealz podcast came on my show for an interview... he has an excellent podcast called The Real Dealz Podcast, which I would reccomend to you especially, because Tucker is one of the biggest players in Portland, Oregon.  

Although it's a large dollar amount industry it's rather small based on the number of players in the industry.  

They are a large stable enduring player in the field.  

(Division 1 Softball player so using my leverage) I live completely off of the cash I get from lessons and EVERYTHING else from the small business I run goes straight into the bank.  

The state lawsuit has now turned into a Federal RICO lawsuit with a lot of players.

You don’t unless you used to work there or you happen to be a big enough player in buying REO properties that they know your name.
