There's an originator (me), an opener, a processor, an underwriter, a compliance person, a disclosures person, and so on, who are all full time professionals that basically think of nothing but compliance and guidelines because it's their job and their *** and their livelihood if they miss something.

Then I have to manage that person as well too & then keep up with everything & so on.

Having a power team is the key, with the most important being a quick response appliance repair/handy fixer upper person, a fabulous cleaning team, and a community of other owners that will communicate with each other.
