We have nailed guys dumping before, but this has emphasized my need to get another security camera installed along our driveway to catch good video of all the vehicles driving on and off the property so I can get license plate numbers.The camera equipment is on order and should be installed next weekend.

However, every used car I buy IS an off-lease vehicle due to the fact that I am guaranteed low mileage and someone who took better care of their leased car than the average owner would.I do trade up every 2-3 years and still feel like I am coming out ahead over a lease.Just my two cents...Disclosure: Brother-in-Law owns 16 new car dealerships throughout the US, so my reply may be biased.

Put something up at the entrance that discourages vehicle use but can be opened for use by emergency vehicles and for the occasional moving in/out of big items such as furniture.Tell the tenants this change is a result of their not being able to work out a more viable solution between themselves.
