Buying low and selling high is the corner stone of real estate investing lets just be honest about it and not couch it as we are doing this out of the goodness of our heart  helping these poor owner/borrowers..

Surely your goal is not to sit on the couch all day and eat Cheetos, so why not get started from the beginning in a rich career? 

I had several go-to "trash out" crews that would only charge $25-$50 to remove a fridge or couch.

Hey Matt - By quick calculations the house as a 4bedroom would sleep at least 12 people based on 4x2 and 2 pull out couches.

(taps mic)Hi, so as some of ya'll know I been really learning about REI, I go to school for Construction Management, Property Management, AND Business Management...and I am looking to network with like minded individuals.As such, I happened onto a Meetup last week, by a company called Renatus Realty...and basically, they are asking people to pony up $20K (either thru financing, selling their seminar classes, loans, or flat out cash) and get access to investment network, leads, classes, tips, and strategies.I liked the vibe, but...don't have $20K laying around...and I don't like debt.

I agree wholeheartedly.I spent a fair amount on the RichDad coaching but in the end, I had to get up off the couch and get the job done.

Our listing is a one bed with pull-out couch, so it tends to book more often but at lower price points than a larger house might. 

Some even leave couch, TV on the curb thinking someone will take them away instead of hauling away. 

I did it almost exclusively on my phone while sitting on my couch late nights.
