This city didn't start attracting younger talent for medical and tech until the late 90s and the growth has been slow and steady (up until recently).

Actually I am thinking about Property Care plans similar to medical HMO plans to the properties.. 

I wonder if there are any medical loopholes on our end about this?

I see something very cynical in the fact that it has turned into this whipping boy not because the science is there, not because we have anything close to compelling evidence, but because the organic lobby understands that killing glyphosate is the best possible way to advance their agenda and get a bigger stomach share of America.I have a reaction to that because it's PSEUDOSCIENCE, just like I have a reaction to anti-vaxxers, just like I have a reaction to people insisting that the venom of the blue scorpion cured their cancer, or that that reiki healing and homeopathy are legitimate forms of medical treatment.

The tenant to provide a copy of the pet's vaccination records, medical history, and vet's name/contact information.

I am looking to jump into real estate to have a passive cashflow while in medical school (I have about 3 years before I apply). 

For example if they splurged and bought a fancy car when they couldn't afford it vs. having a one-time medical emergency that wiped out their savings.

What I look for is what caused the bad scores was it unpaid medical bills etc.... 

I do not care about credit score.What I care about is non-medical / non-student loan related collections, liens, judgments, repossessions, criminal convictions, prior landlord and personal references, time on job, income, communication skills, ability to follow directions, etc... and my tenant screening process focuses on these things.
