I did have to pay my new pm company the minimum charge they levy as they essentially waited around for the 45 days to pass..My 1st company sucked because I don't think they were doing good enough tenant screening, and letting animals into my place.

We have no special taxing district, no levy, and not special improvement district.In my situation that's under contract, I am unsure what that number is as the seller only said "it's about the same as previous" without any proof to back that up.
