Property tax for all 3 is about $2500 so just above 10% of gross.You would think this is a shady neighborhood but the crime and vacancy rates are about US average.You really need to know the area and drive through it a couple of times.I wouldn't mind buying something less than 30K as long asThe crime rate is not highLower family income is ok as long as the poverty level is very low.
