A Trustee Sale is scheduled and while the Trustee per State Statute had to publish in the past the NTS - Notice of Trustee Sale we would like to get  FAR MORE EXPOSURE to entice potential bidders to show up at the  upcoming Trustee Sale auction and BID.Q- Can we RUN or publish ADs in Craigs List, Next Door, , etc. or other online areas (open to suggestions) and also run some PAID for Ads in the local newspapers PROMOTING the  upcoming Trustee Sale so we can GET a LOT of interest in the property?

It sounds enticing, but where are they getting the money?

In a battle between an investor with a weaker offer, and an end user with a stronger offer, I can't see that a letter would somehow change the game and entice the seller to forego both the stronger offer AND the fact it comes from an end user.

It's very enticing for a prospective tenant to choose between a rental with a washer/dryer and one without.  

It was a nice property listed then at below $700k and I personally found it enticing to invest in an area belonging to a prestigious town such as Montclair. 

If in yours, you can at least make it less enticing by turning those off if they are in your name.  

It's only about 30 minutes from Pueblo to Co Springs and when you can buy a house for much cheaper, even one that has more land as well, it's enticing.  

Looking to use the BRRR method. the area seems to be cheaper and less volatile which makes it enticing for a first time investor.

Fawcett's program is certainly enticing for someone who is new to learn the ropes, however I am not interested in throwing my money away either.Thanks!

Ideally we are trying to create a model through our developments that is more enticing for international investment but there is a lot that needs to be worked through before that becomes a reality.
