Me being active and having over 1000 posts on BP doesn't tell you anything about the PM company other than there is some reason I endorse them.

Finally, you will want a loss of income endorsement: this will pay you for the lost rent during a time when damage from a covered loss means a tenant can't live there: it can come in increments of 6 or 12 months or longer.  

However, InterNACHI are endorsed by ASHI and the subscription format does appeal to me, also.

I see broad references to the TK industry but don't hear of many specific companies mentioned (Maverick is the first TK company I have gotten a positive endorsement on).

You can also check with a local independent insurance agent to see if any carriers that might not have been mentioned have a short term rental endorsement that they can add to a standard landlord policy (Travelers does in the states I write in).
