The difference is that I am not angry, nor do I accuse them of being a thief or dishonesty.So, if you encounter a PM that is incompetent, dishonest or dangerous, by all means, shout it from the rooftops, post it here and everywhere, BURN 'EM, you have a moral imperative to warn others against real dangerBut if you think your PM, (or all PM's), charge too much, find another one or manage the property yourself.

I've recently joined Property Radar because I've heard that is a good resource & I love their customer service..they will take calls and walk you through any questions you may have...very impressed with my first encounter with them.

If you have a horrible tenant and you pay cash for keys you might be essentially sending him down the road to another investor who is going to encounter the same problems without having access to the information that the tenant is liable to not follow through on their commitment.

@Federico Gutierrez Thanks for highlighting the problems encountered with new acquisition due to burglary, but, I am sure you are thankful it's not worse than realized.Sadly, this is an added cost to business expenses that are often not budgeted for.
