Im a RE investor/agent so I am not in the business of wasting money like them...LOL.My first post was originally a super long rant post, but I deleted like 95% of it.Im not your typical homeowner.

We wrote about it on our blog about two minutes ago.The BiggerPockets crew have a nasty habit of deleting our posts, but hopefully as it is directly relevant to your post in this thread, they'll leave my post here.

If just a little don't worry about it and it will delete itself. 

A lot of the mods here on BP are so eager to delete my posts because they see what they fear to see.

I don't mind the moderators deleting one of the websites out, but I would be curious to know why that particular website breaks the rules?  

The forums are for educational purposes and not for buying selling or soliciting funds, the moderators will likely delete this thread.

This is mostly updates of existing law; there's a "Download Bill Text pdf" link toward the top; helpfully the document shows added items in green and deleted items in red. 

Otherwise, it takes literally less than half a second to delete an email, throw away an envelope, or silence a call from an unknown number.

Moderators feel free to delete if not allowed.
