I've got a cute, historic home centrally located in Jackson, TN, within 5-10 min of the hospital, universities, downtown, and shopping/restaurants.

You put a MH in a cute little downtown area and it will rent every single night.

However, the street where the house was located on was cute and looked completely middle-class and safe to me... some people had nice landscaped lawns, some people had weeds.
