I can understand Yahoo that is free with e-mail etc.My office manager clicked a source key and found Comcast placing a hundred cookies tracking your every move I am sure to sell off the data.The problem is these  ads also are very buggy.

Not only that we would receive a card and box of cookies or macadamia nuts during christmas holiday season.  

@Barbara CookI got halfway through the first paragraph before it was obvious the advice you need is to pony up and get a local experienced real estate lawyer.It's going to cost money and you're going to have to look at it as a major business expense, very simply.

That's what's happening up here in Atlanta, almost everything being developed right now is a cookie-cutter condo building and people are having a pretty tough time selling them.Is there anything on the market that's relatively new that's having trouble selling?

If they are there for a week they aren't buying lots of groceries, doing a lot of cookies, putting dishes in the dishwasher, doing a ton of laundry, etc.
