Tenant is murdered in rental and police rope it off for 2 months And this doesn’t even include my commercial properties!

I would say thats the biggest issue I have when it comes to these multi tenant commercial/industrial flex warehouses. 

However, there is a commercial duct running behind my bedroom wall that I strongly suspect is being used in violation of the building code.

While I understand that I come from a fairly long and hardened institutional background, I am absolutely astonished by their apparent commercial success.

In my case, I have residential rentals in one LLC, commercial properties in another, self storage in a third, and my real estate company operates in a fourth.

Sell and move into NNN commercial properties where the tenant pays the taxes insurance and maintenance.
