He flaked basically the last day of the job saying his shoulder needed to be looked at by a doctor so I finished the little bit of sanding myself it's whatever. 

A doctor wanted to take his money out of the stock market and buy something "safe" he doesn't need to worry about and maybe he will move into.

Earlier in this market cycle there were plenty of deals happening that came about because high paid pros (like doctors) bought large multifamily at great prices, but did not have the operational savvy to bring those assets up to optimal performance. 

I have an opportunity to work with high income professionals (mainly doctors) that are not currently invested in real estate.

Social workers (LCSW) are not doctors and cannot make prescriptions.

I tried using REI skip first and sat there for about 2 hours yesterday and today as well and can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard “this number is disconnected”, i even got in contact with a doctors office somehow.

If medical institutions could not collect for delivering babies, doing surgery, or even just seeing sick kids, in a few years people would quit being doctors and nurses.

I just want to be able to easily keep track of leads and marketing without having to get the equivalent of a doctoral degree.
