CRM-How to handle marketing leads. Anyone using Pipedrive?

Help-There are too many CRMs to choose from!! I am struggling with how to handle my marketing leads. I am leaving REI Blackbook as it is way to complicated and I'm overwhelmed with trying to learn it. I've been trying to learn advantages and disadvantages of several but most seem to be geared towards real estate agents except for Apfolio & REI Blackbook. Apfolio seems time consuming to get information into it and set up. I just want to be able to easily keep track of leads and marketing without having to get the equivalent of a doctoral degree. Pipedrive says it is easy but not sure if it will work for an investor who is sending out marketing for wholesaling. Everything I see is it's more for real estate agents or if you sell a product for a company. Is anyone using this and how easy is it to handle more than 15 leads at a time? Thank you!
