And although you have to play by the rules, the rules are simply to answer the questions (vaguely), and to respond on time, dragging out your responses for the time allotted.It gets old and boring and they learn that they are not able to frighten you and they should have spent their money and time buying another investment property or finding a different buyer or doing whatever it was they were originally trying to do.This post is absolutely brilliant. 

Expect them to know what the property is worth and that they are brilliant people capable of negotiating.
