What’s a good price to paint a three bedroom, 1300 sq ft house?  

I own a house in North Port, Florida (right on the border of Port Charlotte).

And they failed during the housing bubble. 

Right now I am aiming to do two houses a year but could always throw in a partner to do more with! 

The unit shares the same heating and cooling as my own house.

This implies if you sold and bought the exact same house your current property tax would increase substantially.

Hi @Christopher Morris House Hacking is NJ is great way to go. 

Because you are forcing equity into the house you are sometimes able to pull back out the entire purchase and rehab process to return to your investor then you own the home with just the mortgage.
