Says he can do it Monday (4 days after he sent a camera snake down it) great how ever it has now been 20 plus days and he might show up early next week.Not to mention the fact he took a power snake down the sewer line twice and still manage to miss the root clump 12 feet from the entrance that blocked half the pipe. 

They are the only company I am aware of that meets our needs of having one account that can handle multiple LLC checking accounts, ability to auto add late fees, allow you to block payment if you are evicting, allow for every other week rental payments, and many other features.  

But when we turned on the water on the kitchen sink they had not hooked it up right, the pipe was loose and water got all over the floor and ran down into the basement through the drain lol. 

For finding the right house, just make sure you walk around the block it's on.

Hello:I currently use the basic version of H&R Block Tax software. 

@Dorothy Ma If I read the zoning correctly, this particular block can only be duplexes limited to two stories.

They are platted as 3 whole city blocks.

Some areas it's spotty and a block away things are better.

I am purchasing a property 3 blocks away for a large, well-known medical establishment (3 hospitals, bio-science facility etc.)-  20 minutes from dt Denver.
