Stack up to 50-75 occupied units and you can afford to hire out your own in house team and that's when the savings really start to add up. 

As far as a reasonable fee, I'd say it has to do with the value brought, and product level produced.

It's durable, affordable, and waterproof. 

As an investor you realy can't afford to deal with all of the changes in the Feds.
