I've been gainfully employed for most of my adult life.

We were both raised in the central NY region and have lived here all our adult lives.

I don't do balloons so I ignored all the details about which transactions allow them.Seems like between me and my adult children and my husband we have enough exemptions per year for notes we want to hold long term.

We require everyone who will live there to fill out and sign the application, and all the adults aren't always shopping the vacancies as well.Keep in mind that I rent in the low income market and do not charge an application fee, so my experiences may not be the norm.
