People who are able to work their business or job remotely will choose a vacation style locale to live like Florida where we have great weather, no state taxes, and a very low tax rate compared to other states.

But I just realized today lenders may not lend to me if I do not have experience as a business since I only just opened an LLC but no business done as of yet.I'd say my goal in real estate is to generate at least 15k monthly cash flow to live more than comfortable and quit my job in the next 10 years (I am 36).

It's only 3.5% down + closing costs and reserves.Work your day job, mow lawns, leaf cleanup, shovel snow, flip furniture, pick up night shifts waiting tables/bartending, stock shelves at home depot overnight if you hate talking to people or anything else.
