I think throw the baby out with the bathwater window in this preposterous suggestion is going to be financing requires a large down payment, and the irresponsibility on the renters part regarding asset management to comply with the loan.Just my 2 cents! 

They want to fix it, I have said no, but have not said anything about charging them for it, and maybe by my attitude made them feel like I wouldn't.
