Big or small opportunities add up.

If you're buying for a small amount, it's almost guaranteed that you're in a very rough area.

From online research, I was able to find out that other cities in Ohio tax all your income (w2 & rental income) if you own a property there & some give you a small credit for taxes paid to other cities.My question is, if I buy a property in Cleveland (or a CLE suburb), would my w2 income be taxable in Cleveland (or a CLE suburb)?

After joining BiggerPockets Pro and making use of all the tools available, I've decided that Buy and Hold will be my main strategy, specifically with small multi-family homes to start.  

Property was originally a small hotdog building, residence and floral shop on a hard corner of Lake Mead Parkway, Henderson, NV 89015.

Many of my houses are earning 100-140% ROI when you factor all that in on a small 20% down payment.

We use a mesh system at our 4400 sq ft cabin.A small house this wouldn't be necessary. 

I’ve received a number of responses from investors essentially stating that they use a simple buy/rent/hold approach in small residential properties, and have accumulated net worths in the 1 - 3 million $ range starting with just one mortgaged SFR. 

I doubt an attorney would take up the case for $30,000 but you can take her to Small Claims and attempt to get something out of her.

When you’re new to a market, I highly advise starting small to get a feel for it while you build your trusted team.
