Some won't be motivated, just fishing to see if you'll pay a price.  

However, as a very small fish in a very huge sea I'm quite comfortable keeping it local and managing every detail though our family owned management, maintenance and construction team.

And f*+# fish if they don't like it.

I am looking to buy a lake/fishing resort. 

The big advantage is the low minimums (~25k) which for a small fish accredited investor like me let’s me participate in big time syndications I would never be able to do without it.I also really enjoyed learning commercial real estate which I knew nothing about.  

Not going to follow up with title since I got the outcome I need and there's other fish to fry.  

HUGE gains with no real work on the property.. they use it to hunt and fish and ride quads etc.. so personal enjoyment while those trees just keep growing.seems like a nice diversification to ones long term retirement strategy..  

You've got bigger fish to fry in your personals but dont stop learning and growing.

Land is a high stakes game and the big fish eat the little fish.

To some degree, the nice guy can finish last in business because there are millions of slippery fish out there who will get one over on your if given the chance.
