ok. so i did research on one of the properties and here is what i found. the person wanting to sell is not the deed holder but is showing on contract from what the county records show. he wants $69000 but all the county assesor values the house at 29k. im not sure what to do about the price difference. myother question is if i contact the deed holder would i be able to contract from the deed holder while the guy selling is under contract?
