As someone who grew up in a different culture and only moved to the USA at a college age, I can related to some of the issues.

Hey guys, I will be graduating college in a few months and moving to Chicago to start working.

Sure you will probably need a parent to co-sign for you right out of college, but who cares?

I currently own a starter home in NJ and am looking to rent it when I finish college as well as use the leverage to purchase other rental properties.

I also am in the process of finishing up my RE license courses as I really want to expand my network, save on fees, and maybe sell some homes here and there.I've been keeping an eye out on properties within the Riverside areas around Riverside Community College, Cal Baptist University, and University of Riverside (UCR).

I am looking into either house hacking/ investing into rental properties as I am a college student with limited funds.

A college dropout.

Also, wondering what others are doing, that are already invested in a student housing market to adapt if the college has closed? 

So I thought how about the education market - universities - not college students but rather graduate and professional students (e.g. medical students who spend 4 years in one place).Targeted tenants.   

I'm a young adult (just turned 20) and college student entering my last year of college this fall.
