Chicago Live-In Duplex Investment
Hey guys, I will be graduating college in a few months and moving to Chicago to start working. One of my buddies and I are looking to get into Real Estate Investing and have come across many articles and advice on starting out with a live-in duplex as an investment property that can be financed using an FHA loan and eventually rented out after a year of living in.
For those of you familiar with Chicago and its current real estate environment, do you have any advice on locations to consider or strategies on making this happen?
