The worst thing you can ever do is lose the momentum because she is going to think she can get away with this and put the burden on you when she is the one who needs to redirect that energy into solving the problem of finding your money.

As a newbie, I too have thought about starting a property management company, however, for me the goal would be to build relationships with potential sellers, as well as have the systems in place to more efficiently run my personal property(ies).

Property has 14 units and they will probably take $375,000, 10 efficiencies and 2 2BR.

Even if just to bring tenants for next term... worth the time/energy, might even get one for this term - student who decided the dormitory scene isn't working out for him/her.

Its something i definitely enjoy and take much pride in when it comes to quality and efficiency.  

If I ever am, I will accept the fact that I might not come out of it "made whole" - meaning I might lose some rent, there may be damage to the property that I cannot collect, I might have a vacancy, I might have to spend time and energy marketing, showing, and re-renting a property that should not have a vacancy.

I’m already talking to a couple and am open to any partnership that can be a solid win-win.I’ve gotten familiar with the local market and have the flexibility, time, and energy to manage deals.

The owners split the house in two while enclosing the garage to create a 3/1 and 2/1, in addition they enclosed a back patio area to make an efficiency studio area 1/1 no kitchen.
