Getting the ball moving by working on getting pre-qualified.

Some of the other people in the program are having some luck working the ATL & PHO markets which is influencing where i will start doing some outreach but I figured i'd get more seasoned investors to share their take and maybe help me see some things from a different perspective.I know this system is not the most sustainable/scalable but seems to be the fastest way to get the ball rolling in terms of revenue as it's marketing is time consuming but free, basically just FB group outreach & direct messages.

Would love feedback on whether I am in the ball park on the loan possibilities:Details on the building:-15,000 SF sing-use commercial building; current value $800K; well-maintained-25 payments remaining on current loan ($160K payoff)-Tenant is a profitable retail franchise; Landlord and Tenant have common ownership.

You could get the ball rolling next month and schedule closing on or after the 6 month period expires.

I'd love to hear your immediate reactions to where I'm at, and any thoughts or suggestions on how to move the ball forward and/or any available resources that you know would be helpful. 

Ultimately, I'd like to be very knowledgeable about every step of the process so I don't drop the ball on something. 

Then I will just keep the ball rolling from there.
