Hey guys, excitedly i just completed my first wholesale deal(s) this week... but i quickly learned that there's a lot of communicating that needs to happen and coordination between the primary seller, the end buyer, and the title company.  

I don't wait for the residents to come to me.I also do this within the first couple of weeks BEFORE I make any rent increases...

I will be looking at a property this week from a private seller.

Also I was wondering what is usually recommended for Hot tub maintenance, is it done on weekly or monthly basis ?

*Rivana Development*Another developer, Chuck Kuhn, just bought the Waterside development site a few weeks back right by the Innovation Center Metro as well, which is entitled for 3 million square feet of development, 2.2 million being non-residential.

Management fees are at 8%, them what has made me worried is the "sign with us now with two properties instead of the one and I'll reduce management to 7% this week only".
