Following this, as a matter of habit, we (should) advise they have their own attorney check the document and explain any issues before signing.Whether the seller does this or not is (of course) up to the seller, but I believe (unless advised otherwise by a another lawyer on these forums), we have fulfilled our obligations without overstepping any boundaries.
