Thank you for all your suggestions - I have learned a lot from this forum and all the advice has been invaluable in me having the confidence to remotely buy and self manage my properties thus far. 

We would ask about why they were in town (since we were not a major travel area), and we would decline any suspicious stays (i.e. had someone ask about waiving the cleaning fee because they "were not going to sleep" there with their one night stay.)

Hi all,I recently purchased a property from @Antoine Martel (MartelTurnkey) so thought I'd leave a review on what my experience was like: Prior to my purchase, I was waiting to buy real estate through a turnkey provider for quite some time but never felt fully confident with how various providers were operating or with their inventory for me to make the jump.

I feel now confident to proceed with this refinance.

Planning to use the rental as a short term rental or traveling nurses.
