I know one important part is that when you blog, you can bring traffic to your website.

It seems like it was done to get traffic for his/her site.

I recently got a new job on the opposite side of town and traffic is pretty bad here in Houston anywhere you go.

Though not going to lie, not loving the Nashville Traffic.

I know websites have to make money and its a business and when the revenue from the advertisements aren't enough sites need to get figure out other methods to make money I get it I truly do it just seems sleazy building up traffic to site and when you get a good amount of traffic to your site THEN you start charging half your base for their contribution to the site.

what you are talking about is like for Facebook ads, and other paid advertising.. where YOU go after your traffic.I don't go after my traffic... my traffic seeks me out and goes out to find me.

In Huntsville traffic is a breeze compared to any nearby major metro area, Atlanta, Memphis, Birmingham, Nashville, you name it.

@Michael Greenberg, Sonoma has become so known for being a travel/tourist destination, they started limiting the option to have an air BNB due to multiple complaints from the local homeowners and residents about the amounts of traffic and other areas that had been severely impacted by all the visitors.

I'd probably hit it with a wire wheel on a grinder,  especially in the high traffic areas.
